The Piillars represent the classic outdoor media format in the city and are our most widely used advertising format in Estonia. Piers are targeted at motorists, public transport passengers and pedestrians, and no other format has proven to be more effective in terms of visibility and frequency. To maximise the impact of your message, we have placed them in squares, at major intersections, at bus stops, on pavements and many other public places.
